"I have the honor to inform your Lordship that I have allowed certain fees, amounting in all to $52.50 to be repaid to Mr. Parker the Crown Solicitor. The particulars of the case are explained by the enclosures detailing the two suits entertained by the Crown against Washington and Ching-Cheong, by which it will be apparent that Mr. Parker would have been out of pocket to the amount of $52.50 paid by him into the Supreme Court, if I had not deemed it just and proper that he should not sustain this pecuniary loss.
I enclose the lists of
The Right Honorable,
The Earl Grey,
etc.
Yo.
